General Pest Control

Scorpions and desert pests, kept out year-round

One service covers the pests East Valley homes deal with most. We treat the outside so they stay out of the inside, and we keep showing up so protection lasts.

Thorough by default

We treat the whole exterior, not just the front door

Scorpions and spiders get in through the gaps you never see. We knock down webs, hit the eaves, weep holes and foundation line, and set a barrier that keeps working between visits so your home stays protected year-round.

  • Eaves, soffits and roofline corners
  • Weep holes, window and door frames
  • Foundation line and block wall bases
  • Garage door tracks and thresholds

What we treat

Six common desert pests, one service

Arizona bark scorpions are genuinely dangerous to kids and pets, and they're built to survive. We treat for them as part of our general pest service.

What a visit looks like

A service visit, start to finish

Every home is a little different, so we work the property instead of running a script. Here is what you can expect the day we pull up, and what you will know by the time we leave.

  1. 1

    We walk the property

Before anything gets treated we look at where pests are actually coming from: block walls, irrigation lines, rock beds and the gaps around doors and windows.

  2. 2

    Webs and buildup come down

We sweep webs off eaves, soffits, porch lights and patio corners so nothing gets a foothold up near the roofline where you never look.

  3. 3

    The exterior gets treated

Foundation line, weep holes, window and door frames, garage tracks and the base of block walls. That is the route desert pests travel to reach your home.

  4. 4

    You hear what we found

We tell you what we saw, what we treated and what to keep an eye on before the next visit. No vague summary, no guessing.

Between visits

One treatment is not a plan

Desert pests do not take a season off, so neither do we. We come back on a schedule, refresh the barrier around the house and yard, and adjust what we are treating for as conditions change. Monsoon season pushes scorpions and crickets toward the house. Cooler months move the pressure somewhere else.

If something shows up between visits, tell us. We would rather come back out than have you wonder whether the service is working.

Coverage

What we cover on a home

Homes with block walls, mature landscaping or a pool tend to need more attention. We quote based on what your property actually needs.

  • Home perimeter and foundation line
  • Block walls, fence lines and gates
  • Eaves, soffits and porch lighting
  • Garage, side yards and trash areas
  • Patios, porches and door thresholds
  • Rock beds and landscaping against the house

Not sure which pest you are dealing with? Describe it and we will tell you what we would do about it. Get in touch.

Why scorpions are different here

The one desert pest you don't want to gamble on.

Arizona bark scorpions are genuinely dangerous to kids and pets, and they're built to survive. They glow under UV light, slip through gaps the width of a credit card, and love the block walls and irrigated yards common across the East Valley. We treat for them as part of our general pest service.
