What local service looks like
A visit runs the same way whether the address is in San Tan Valley or Paradise Valley. We work the outside of your home in order, top to bottom, because that is where desert pests decide whether they are getting in.

Start at the roofline
Eaves, soffits and second-story corners collect webs and spiders where nobody looks. We reach them with an extension pole so the top of your home stops being the easy part of the house to live on.

Work the walls and foundation
Block walls, stucco bases, door thresholds and hose bibs are the routes scorpions and ants actually use. Those get treated directly instead of sprayed past on the way to the next stop.

Finish at the yard line
Gravel beds, fence lines and side yards come last, so the ground around the house stays clear instead of turning into a bridge back to your foundation.

Why the map stays small
Close enough to actually show up
The East and Northeast Valley is where we live and where our routes run. We know how homes are built here, and we know the yards around them: block walls, gravel, irrigation on a timer and open desert never far away. That is the exact environment desert pests are built for.
Keeping the service area tight is a deliberate choice. It is easier to be dependable across nine cities than to be spread thin across the state, and dependable is the part most homeowners tell us went missing with their last company.
