Who we are
A small local crew, not a call center
Citrus Pest Co is a locally owned pest and weed control company built around East Valley homes. We keep the operation small on purpose, so the person who answers your questions is the person who pulls into your driveway.
We live here too. We know what a bark scorpion looks like tucked behind a block wall, we know which yards weeds take over first, and we know an Arizona summer does not wait around for a scheduling window.

Why we built Citrus
We built the company we'd want servicing our own home.
After years running service businesses across the Valley, we got tired of seeing homeowners treated like account numbers: nationals chasing quotas, locals going quiet after the sale. Citrus is the opposite. Show up on time, explain what we're doing and why, and earn your trust. We're Arizona residents too; we know desert pests because we live with them.
How we work
The same standard on every visit
Pest control in the desert only works when it is thorough and repeated. Here is what a Citrus visit actually involves, from the first walk around your property to the next time we pull up.

We walk the property first
Before anything gets treated we look at how your home is built and where pests are getting in: block walls, weep holes, irrigation lines, door sweeps and the gravel sitting right against your foundation.

We treat the full perimeter
The barrier goes around the base of the home, up into the eaves where webbing collects, and back out to the fence lines and yard areas where the activity usually starts.

We clear what is already there
Webs, nests and harborage get knocked down during the visit, so you are not staring at the same corners of the patio a week later.

We come back on a schedule
Desert pressure resets constantly. Ongoing service keeps the barrier fresh through scorpion season, through monsoon, and through the quieter months in between.
